大学生就业竞争力是高校促进毕业生充分就业的重要保障,就业竞争力的高低又取决于高校的人才培养模式,本文紧扣我国高等教育改革的要求,结合本校中药专业实情,阐述中药专业实行新人才培养模式的必要性,探讨中药专业"2+1+1"人才培养模式的研究意义、培养目标的定位和改革内容。

College students＇ employment competitiveness is an important guarantee to promote full employment of university graduates,the employment competitiveness depends on talent training model, this article kept pace with the reform of our higher education require-ments, combined with the facts of Chinese pharmacy specialty in our university, elaborated the necessity of carrying out the new talent model,discuss the significance of the research, training target location and content of the reform of ＂ 2＋1＋1＂ talent training model in Chinese pharmacy specialty.
