小青龙汤治疗小儿寒性咳嗽之体会

Experience on Treatment of Children Cough with Cold Syndrome by Xiaoqinglong Tang

小青龙汤出自《伤寒论》,用于治疗外寒内饮证,已在临床上被广泛应用。笔者在临床运用中,认为小青龙汤治疗小儿咳嗽初期以及小儿长期不愈之咳嗽,尤其属寒性咳嗽者,在辨证准确的基础上,灵活用药,疗效显著。

Xiaoqinglong Tang from ＂ Shanghan theory＂, used to treat Symptom of Cold-outside and Yin-inside, has been widely used in clinical practice. From the clinical experience, it is considered that Xiaoqinglong Tang has a significant effect on the treatment of the early cough of children and Cough in children＇s long-term diseases, which is a cold-symptom, on the basis of the accurate differentiation and Flexible medication.
