正交试验优选马尾松松针中总黄酮的闪式提取工艺

Multi-Stage Flash Distillation Extraction of Flavoneand from Pinus Massoniana

目的研究马尾松中黄酮的闪式提取工艺并与黄酮乙醇回流法对照差别。方法以马尾松提取液中黄酮的含量为指标,采用正交实验设计,对马尾松闪式提取法的影响因素分别进行考察,并在提取率、提取时间、溶剂用量等方面与文献报道的乙醇回流法进行比较。结果闪式提取的最佳工艺是85%乙醇,料液比1∶12,提取时间3.0min;闪式提取黄酮的含量经UV测定高于乙醇回流提取法。结论闪式提取法操作简便、高效节能、经济方便省时、提取率高。

Objective To study the multi-stage flash distillation extraction of Flavoneand from Pinus massoniana, and compared ethanol refluxing extraction of Flavoneand from Pinus massoniana. Methods The content of Flavoneand in extract of Pinus massoniana was taken as index, and orthogonal design was applied to observe the influence factors on multi-stage flash distillation extraction.Multi-stage flash distillation extraction was compared with ethanol refluxing extraction reported in literature in extraction rate, extraction time and ethanol consumption as factors. Results The optimized technique of homogenate extraction was as follows：85% ethanol in 12 times volume,homogenate extraction for 3 minutes, The homogenate extraction is slightly higher than that of ethanol reflux extraction. Conclusion Homogenate extraction is simple, high efficiency and energy saving, economical, high extraction rate.
