摘要
目的建立荨麻疹丸中欧前胡素含量的测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,使用DIONEX Acclaim 120 C18（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）色谱柱,以甲醇：水（55∶45）作为流动相,检测波长300nm,流速1.0 ml/min,柱温为30℃。结果欧前胡素在0.02-0.2μg范围内线性较好（r=0.9999）,平均回收率为98.72%（RSD为0.75%）。结论该方法快速、简便、可靠、准确度高、重复性好,结果稳定,可用于荨麻疹丸中欧前胡素含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for content determination of imperatorin in Urticaria Pill by HPLC. Methods The experimental condition of the RP-HPLC method was as follows： DIONEX Acclaim 120 C18 column（ 5μm, 250 ×4.6mm）, with linear gradient elution using methanol and Water（55： 45）; Detected wavelength was 300 nm., The flow rate was 1.0ml/min, Column temperature was 30℃. Results Imperatorin demonstrated good linear relationship in the range 0.05 -0.4μg（r =0.9999）,The average recovery rate was 98.72% with RSD of 0.75%. Conclusion The method is simple, reliable, accurate,reproducible and stable, and It could be used in the determination of Imperatorin in Urticaria Pill.
