黄芪桂枝五物汤联合依帕司他治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效观察

The Curative Effect Observe of Huangqi guizhi wuwu decoction and Epalrestat on Patients with Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的:观察黄芪桂枝五物汤加减联合依帕司他治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的疗效。方法:将2011年4月-2014年8月收治的DPN患者76例随机分成治疗组和对照组各38例,积极控制血糖在正常或接近正常水平,对照组给予依帕司他治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上,加用黄芪桂枝五物汤加减,疗程4周,比较两组治疗后症状改善情况及尺神经、腓神经传导速度。结果:治疗组临床症状及肌电图改善情况均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与单用依帕司他相比,联合黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗DPN的疗效更好。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of Huangqi guizhi wuwu decoction and Epalrestat on patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN）. Methods： 76 patients with DPN were randomly divided into treatment group and control group （n=38） from Apr 2011 to Aug 2014.The blood glucose levels were positively controlled to normal or near normal in both group. The control group were treated by Epalrestat , while the treatment group were added Huangqi guizhi wuwu decoction reduction internal use on the basis of control group. The symptoms and conduction velocity of ulnar nerve and peroneal nerve were compared between the two groups after treatment 4 weeks. Results： The improving of symptom and electromyography in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Comparing with the Epalrestat, there is better curative effect that combining Huangqi guizhi wuwu decoction subtraction joint for treatment of patients with DPN.
