摘要
目的:评价负压封闭引流术在预防足踝骨折术后伤口感染中的作用。方法:43例足踝部闭合骨折的患者随机分至观察组及对照组,观察组术后切口接受负压封闭引流处理,对照组术后切口应用常规方法处理。结果:观察组和对照组患者在性别、年龄、受伤距手术时间、骨折类型、软组织损伤程度、手术时间等差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者在并发症发生率、愈合时间、术后AOFAS评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 :足踝骨折术后伤口早期应用负压封闭引流术能有效预防伤口感染等并发症的发生。
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of using vacuum sealing drainage to prevent wound infection after the surgery of foot and ankle fractures. Methods: 43 patients undergoing foot and ankle fractures were randomly assigned to receive using vacuum sealing drainage (observer group),using raditional method (control group) after the surgery. Results: Age,sex, receiving operation time,fractures composition,soft tissue injury and operation time after fractures of all patients showed no significant difference (P〉 0.05); the observer group have less complication incidence after operation,have shorter healing time and improve more AOFAS Ankle-Hindfoot Scale than the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: The early using vacuum sealing drainage after the surgery of foot and ankle fractures can better prevent complication such as wound infection.
