Thoughts on Fairness and Impartiality in the System Reform of National Entrance Examination and Enrollment to Graduate Level Education

公平和公正是一个考试所追求的高位标准,讨论一项考试招生制度的改革应以此为目标和前提。研究生考试招生制度作为我国教育综合领域的一项重要考试招生制度,其所包含的公平和公正内涵是丰富的。本文以现有研究生考试招生制度为背景,指出了现阶段制度中存在的缺陷和不足。同时,探讨了公平和公正在研究生考试招生领域的体现和内涵,并以此为目标,论述了研究生招考制度在制度层面、实施层面、监管层面三个层面的改革思路。

The fairness and impartiality is a high quality standard of an examination which should be the goal and prerequisite for a reform of an examination and enrollment system. National entrance examination and enrollment to graduate level education is our nation＇s important examination and enrollment system in the field of education which contains rich connotation on fairness and impartiality. This paper points out the flaws and shortcomings in the existing entrance examination and enrollment system to graduate fairness and impartiality in this system are discussed. Then, this level. Meanwhile, the reflection and connotation of paper expounds the ways of reform of examination and enrollment system in institutional level, the implementation level and regulatory level.
