关于公立医院改革的几点思考

公立医院改革是深化医药卫生体制改革的重点内容之一,对有效减轻居民就医负担、切实缓解"看病难"、"看病贵"问题具有关键作用。本文拟在总结我国各地医改经验的基础上,借鉴世界各国公立医院改革的成功经验,对我国公立医院改革中的几个关键问题进行探索。

Public hospital reform is one of the key content to deepen the reform of medical and health care system, and plays an important role in effectively reducing the individual burden on medical expenses, and effectively alleviating the problem of ＂poor access and high cost＂. This paper summarizes the experience of health care reform all over the country, learns the successful experience of public hospital reform around the world, and explores several crucial issues of China＇s public hospital reform.
