依托基地建设专职模拟蓝军,与各部队展开实兵对抗训练,是基地职能拓展的重要组成部分,也是检验部队实战能力的有效手段。基地组建专职模拟蓝军,必须以部队担负的作战任务为牵引,符合战略规划,科学确定建设思路;必须围绕主要对手,加强战法训法研究,模拟形神兼备的强劲作战对手;必须提高使用效能,紧盯外军发展动态,充分发挥模拟蓝军的功能作用。
Constructing full-time simulation blue force and maneuver with troops are important part of base＇s function expansion and effective way to check real combat ability. Base organizes full-time simulation blue force. The base must aims to fulfill combat task, fit strategic planning and confirm construction thoughts scientifically. The base must revolve around main opponents, strength method of operation and training study and imitate strong fighting rival. The base must enhance application performance, closely follow development trend and deeply perform the simulation blue force ＇s effect.
