摘要
文章采用微波消解样品,火焰原子吸收分光光度计法测定中药厚朴根的皮、茎的皮及厚朴叶中Fe、Cu、Mn、Zn、Ni等5种微量元素的含量。结果表明,厚朴中Fe、Mn、Cu、Ni、Zn的含量为:根皮Cu〉Zn〉Fe〉Mn〉Ni;茎皮Zn〉Mn〉cu〉Fe〉Ni;叶Mn〉Zn〉Fe〉Cu〉Ni。在最佳工作条件下,各元素的加标回收率在98.8%~108%之间。
In this paper, the samples were digested by microwave, content Flame Atomic Absorption Determination of traditional Chinese medicine officinalis root by spectrophotometry, skin stem bark and leaf of Magnolia officinalis in Fe, Cu, Mn, Zn, Ni and other 5 kinds of trace elements. The results showed that the content of Fe, Mn, Magnolia, Cu, Ni, Zn: root bark of Cu 〉 Zn 〉 Fe 〉 Mn 〉 Ni; bark Zn 〉 Mn 〉 Cu 〉 Fe 〉 Mn 〉 Zn 〉 Ni; leaf Fe 〉 Cu 〉 Ni. In the best conditions of instruments, the recoveries of standand addition of these analytical elements are in the range of 98.8%- 108%.
