摘要
新时期群众工作出现了很多新特征与趋向,利益关系是其中最关键、最敏感的牵引线。利益关系的协调是其他关系协调的基础,利益关系协调不好,其他各种关系也就难以平衡。从群众工作重点是协调各阶层利益这个视角来观察,要想解决目前"内输入"的弊端,就应畅通利益表达渠道,并千方百计创新输入渠道,及时把脉与凝聚各方诉求。
Many a new trends and characteristics have emerged in mass work in the new era. Meanwhile, interest relationship remains the most sensitive and crucial topic that serves the foundation of other relations. The thesis tackles the major point of mass work by coordinating the interests from all parties. It points out the limitations of the ＂internal input＂ and called for the channel innovations of public opinion in order to sum up opinions and pursuits among relevant parties.
