白酒中乙酸乙酯内标法与外标法的比较

Comparison of Ethyl Acetate Internal and External Standard Method in Liquor

用气相色谱法测定清香型白酒中重要特征指标乙酸乙酯的两种定量方法:内标法和外标法,并采用两种方法对白酒样品进行测定。结果表明,内标法和外标法对清香型白酒中乙酸乙酯的测定无显著性差异,因此可以把外标法推广到平常的清香型白酒的检测工作中,简化了操作步骤,满足现代快速分析的需求。

Two kinds of quantitative methods for gas phase chromatographic determination of Fen flavor liquor in the important characteristic indexes of ethyl acetate： internal standard method and external standard method, and using two kinds of methods of liquor samples. The results show that, the internal standard method and external standard method of ethyl acetate in Fen flavor liquor in the determination of no significant difference, should the external standard method is applied to the detection of the ordinary work of Fen flavor liquor, simplifies the operation steps, to meet the modem needs of rapid analysis.
