摘要
文章通过文献分析法、走访调查法、比较法等研究方法提出了一些确立更加科学有效的企业员工绩效考核制度的建议。
Through literature analysis, survey, comparative research, this paper proposes some recommendations for establishing a more scientific and effective employee performance appraisal system.
