摘要
文章分析了通过对火力发电厂除尘器灰斗气力输灰系统进行技术改造,在输灰PLC控制系统中增加输灰自动控制运行方式,实现在相同飞灰输送量的条件下降低压缩空气消耗量的目的,解决了在除尘器灰斗空仓输灰情况下压缩空气极大浪费的问题。
This paper analyzes the power plant through precipitator ash grudge system for technological innovation. The ash automatic control mode is added in ash PLC control system to achieve lower compressed air under the same amount of ash consumption,which resolve tremendous waste of compressed air problem in short position and precipitator.
