Political work is vital to promote healthy development of enterprise. This article analyzes new features of political work of construction enterprises in new era, and puts forward some innovative ideas for political work information management, from personnel construction, working mechanism improvement, two-way communication mechanisms of construction, information and innovative ways of working and the contents.
