我国高等教育职普沟通制度的演进、问题和创新

On the History, Problems and Innovation of the Communication System between Higher Vocational Education and General Higher Education in China

目前,我国高等职业教育和普通高等教育学制沟通的制度主要有职普"专升本"制度和职普联合培养制度两种。职普沟通的单一性、职普沟通的单向性和职普沟通制度细节不完善是当前我国高等教育职普沟通制度存在的主要问题。可通过构建职普多元沟通渠道、建立职普双向沟通机制、健全已有职普沟通制度等途径完善我国高等教育职普沟通制度。

At present,there are two systems in the communication between higher vocational education and general higher education in China：the ＂upgraded＂ system and the ＂combined training＂ system;the main problems of the two systems are single,one-way and imperfect in details;the feasible ways to improve the system of communication between higher vocational education and general higher education in China include the construction of multiple channels of communication,the establishment of a two-way communication mechanism,and the improvement of existing communication system.
