摘要
文章在分析我国沿海区域经济发展的系统结构、运行环境的基础上,提出从完善区域科技创新体系,构建开放式自主创新模式,实现产业在沿海地区聚集发展等措施,推动区域科技进步和经济社会发展。
Based on the analysis of the economic development of China＇s coastal areas, this paper analyzes system structure and running environment, puts forward from the regional technology innovation system to build open innovation mode and implement industry development in coastal areas, which promotes regional scientific and technological progress and economic and social development.
