摘要
半导体车间的产品多样化、产品结构复杂化,生产线上作业员的合作关系对产量和生产周期有很大的影响。通过分析交叉培训、作业共享与作业员合作关系在半导体车间工作量均衡配置和生产调度方面的作用,以某半导体光电企业的FAB车间为例,提出了4种不同的作业员合作关系,并在长期的生产中比较了4种不同合作方式下车间的运作效率。
The collaborative relationship of operators has great influence on the yield and production cycle for the product is diversity and structure is complicated in semiconductor workshop. The effect of cross-training, work sharing and cooperation with work balanced configuration and production scheduling is analyzed, and then four different operator partnerships are proposed. The operation efficiency of these cooperation modes is compared in the FAB workshop of a semiconductor optoelectronic enterprise.
