摘要
通过分析某军区16所医院病案质量现状与存在问题,从有效工作时间、责任心、新进人员素质和质量控制管理等方面分析问题存在的原因,并从统一病案模板、定期病案评审、强化基础训练、加强专业培训、严控质量管理、严格制度监控、规范临床医疗等方面,阐述加强病案管理、提升医疗质量的对策。
The author analyzed the medical records quality in 16 military hospitals of a military region, also the reasons were analyzed as the effective work time, responsibility, new staff quality and quality control management etc. Then the countermeasures were proposed such as unifying medical record template, reviewing medical records regularly, strengthening basic and professional training, managing and monitoring quality strictly, and standardizing clinical medical service.
