摘要
本文探讨大型医院放射诊断科管理理念与模式,重点讨论医师及技师系列人员的分级管理及分工负责问题,对于诊断报告及扫描程序的质量控制、日常工作流程控制、岗位责任制管理等问题提出解决方法。
The management concept and model were discussed in the diagnostic radiology Department in a large hospital, which focused on the classification management of the radiologists and technologists. Then the methods were discussed to control the diagnostic reports quality, to set up scanning programs and routine workflow, and to implement responsibility management.
