摘要 本文分析2012、2013年某军队医院人员收入和聘用人员离职人员数据。得出聘用制人员与在编人员同工不同酬现象明显,各类聘用人员流失率较高。说明军队医院人力资源薪酬管理十分必要;人力资源薪酬管理体系应遵守总量控制和可比性两个原则;规范聘用人员的工资标准;充分发挥超劳补贴的灵活性。 The economic data and employee data in a military hospital in 2012, 2013 were analyzed. The cost of human resources in military hospital showed a downward trend in the proportion of the total cost of the hospital; unequal pay for equal work phenomenon was obviously, and all kinds of staff turnover rates were high. The cost of human resources management is very important for the military hospital. Reasonably cost management system of human resource should comply with two principles, as the total control and comparability. Employed staff wages should be standard. The flexibility of bonus should be developed fully.
