摘要
笔者所在医院通过开展调查研究,认真梳理和剖析中层干部在执行力和作风建设方面存在的问题及其原因,并采取针对性的举措进行探索和实践,提出提升干部执行力"五维一体"的策略建议;一要建立干部选拔任用机制,二要建立干部教育培训机制,三要建立干部绩效考核机制,四要建立干部督办工作机制,五要建立干部对口联系基层工作机制。
Through investigation, the problems and reasons of the executive ability and style construction were analyzed in the middle -level cadres, and the appropriate measures were put forward as "five -dimensional integration" strategies to promote cadres executive ability: Firstly, establish a mechanism for selecting and appointing cadres. Secondly, establish a mechanism for training cadres. Thirdly, establish a mechanism for cadre performance appraisal. Fourthly, establish a mechanism for working supervision of cadres. Lastly, establish a mechanism of contra - aperture connection between grassroots and cadres.
