摘要
目的探讨文职人员参加武装直升机救护的心理体验,为管理者了解其真实感受,提供科学管理依据。方法采用质性研究中Van Manen的诠释现象学的理论研究法,深入访谈了10名参与直升机救护的文职人员。结果运用合众法2人分别用QSR NVivo 7对录入的资料进行分类、编码和提练,得出5大主题:紧张、新鲜、紧迫、自豪、茫然。结论部队管理者要对文职人员普遍存在的心理问题,加强心理教育及增强自身综合素质,为使用直升机救援任务打基础,提高抢救成功率。
Objective To understand the psychological experiences of civilian staff when they participated in medical aid by helicopters, and provide decision -making reference for managers. Methods 10 individuals having participated in medical aid by helicopters were interviewed with VanManen's hermeneutics methods in qualitative research. Results 5 subject terms were obtained after the information being classified, coded and refined to the inputted documents using QSR NVivo 7 method by 2 individuals, which listed as Nervous, Novelty, Urgency, Pride, Blank. Conclusions We should realize that psychological problems were common in the military civilian staff, so the psychological education and training of them should be strengthened, which will be the foundation to provide medical aid by helicopters and increase the successful rescue rate.
