我国临海开发园区产业功能和空间开发特征分析

Analysis of the industrial functions and spatial development characteristics of the coastal development area in China

开发园区已成为我国推进城市化和工业化的重要平台,临海开发园区以其独特的区位优势在优化配置资源、引导区域经济结构调整方面起重要的作用。本文以我国沿海11个省(市)52个沿海城市的441个省级以上工业园区为研究对象,对其产业功能和空间特征进行分析,结果表明:我国临海开发园区具有产业主导功能突出、港城联动、区域一体发展的基本特征,但同时也存在用地节约集约度不高、填海面积过大等问题。

The development area has become an important platform of urbanization and industrialization in China,and the coastal development area plays a significant role in the optimal allocation of resources with its unique geographical advantages and guiding regional economic structure adjustment.This paper takes 441 coastal industrial zones above the provincial level as the research object,and analyze their industrial functions and spatial features.The results show that：the coastal development area in China have the basic characteristics of relying on the port and the port industry,the leading industry of outstanding functions,city interactive,regional integration development.But there are also problems such as land saving and intensive degree is not high,the reclamation area is too large and other issues.
