摘要
以HNO3:H202(体积比5:1)为溶样试剂,采取微波消解和电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)联用,同时测定了8种粮食中的钼、钴、硒、硅、锰、铜、钡、铁、磷、锌、钾、钠、镁和钙14种元素的含量.结果表明,在最佳实验条件下,在0.5g粮食中各元素的平均回收率在95.8%~105.46%之间,RSD分别在0.99%~3.58%之间,检出限介于0.18μg/L^102.41μg/L,该方法简便、迅速、准确度和精密度高,适用于粮食中这14种元素的同时测定.
The elements of Mo,Co,Se,Si,Mn,Cu,Ba,Fe,P,Zn,K,Na,Mg and Ca in eight kinds of crops were determined by micro wave digestion ICP-AES after digestion with HNO3-H202(v:v =5:1)mixed acid.The results showed that the average recoveries for all elements analytical ranged from 95.8% to 105.46%,detection limits ranged from 0.18μg/L to 102.41μg/L with RSD below 5% under optimum experiment condition.The method is simple,rapid,high veracity and precision,and suitable for simultaneous determination of these elements in crops.
