摘要 高血压脑出血是急性脑血管病中死亡率和致残率很高的一种疾病.高血压病可导致全身器官血管的病理性改变,深入研究高血压脑出血的发病机制和病理生理机制有助于对该疾病的认识,并对临床治疗有一定的理论指导意义.现就高血压脑出血的发病、对脑组织的损伤等病理生理机制内容综述如下. The hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is a kind of acute cerebrovascular disease with high mortality and disability rate.Hypertension can lead to the vascular pathological changes of systemic organs.In-depth study of the pathogenesis and pathophysiological mechanisms of hypertension cerebral hemorrhage contributes to the understanding of the disease,and has certain theoretical guiding significance for clinical treatment.The pathophysiological mechanism of onset of hypertension cerebral hemorrhage and the damage on brain tissue are reviewed as follows.
