摘要 目的:探讨脑弥漫性轴索损伤(DAI)的SWI表现和诊断价值.方法:回顾性分析临床确诊的90例DAI患者,均行常规T1WI、T2WI、FLAIR和DWI及SWI扫描.结果:SWI在90例DAI患者中,能够发现常规MRI不能显示的微灶性出血,明显提高病灶的检出率.结论 :SWI序列能够清晰显示DAI患者出血灶的部位和数目,能够准确反映创伤的严重程度,为DAI的诊断、治疗和评估预后提供有价值的信息. Objective:To investigate the manifestation and diagnosis value of susceptibility weighted imaging(SWI) for diffuse axonal injury(DAI).Methods:90 patients with DAI who were clinically diagnosed were retrospectively analyzed;they all underwent T1 WI,T2 WI,FLAIR,DWI and SWI conventional scans.Results:In 90 patients with DAI,the SWI could find the micro focal hemorrhages which the conventional MRI could not show,and obviously improved lesion detection rate.Conclusion:SWI can clearly show the location and the amount of hemorrhagic foci in patients with DAI,can accurately reflect the severity of trauma,so it can provide valuable information for diagnosis,treatment and evaluating prognosis of DAI.
