摘要 技术本科创新人才培养是为了培养能够适应企业需求、具有较强专业能力等综合素养的人才。上海电机学院软件工程专业通过设立"创新实验班",强化专业设置、课程体系、教学方式、实践环节等核心要素,提出培养计划应注重专业能力,培养过程应强化学生学习能力、研究能力、实践能力、国际化能力等,同时完善培养模式评价机制,以提升人才培养质量。 Undergraduate innovative training techniques in order to match the business demand for talent, Focus on the cultivation of students comprehensive qualities such as professional ability. This study is based on Software Engineering Electrical innovative experimental class of Shanghai Dianji University , Strengthen curriculum system, teaching methods, practice, management, operating mechanism and other core elements in the process of talent training. Proposed program should pay attention to the cultivation of students’ professional ability, the cultivation process should guide the students’ study and research ability, put an end to the talent training of formalization, and strengthen students’ ability of internationalization, etc., At the same time improve the cultivation model evaluation mechanism, mainly explores the reason of constructing innovative personnel training mode, highlight the characteristics and problems should be avoid in the process of its operation, to enhance the talent of training quality.
