摘要
研究了VVT对发动机充量系数、燃烧、动力性和排放的影响。试验结果表明:充量系数随着气门重叠角的增大而增大,缸内气流运动影响最佳燃烧对应的气门重叠角,进气VVT主要影响发动机的动力性,合适的进气VVT能够使扭矩提高11.6%,而排气VVT则影响发动机的排放,随着排气VVT的提前,NOx下降36%。
The Influence of VVT on volumetric efficiency,combustion,power and emission were studied.The results show that volumetric efficiency increased with the valve overlap angle enhanced. The best combustion was effected by the state of dynamic mixture. Power performance was major influenced by intake VVT,torque was improved by 11.6% with appropriate intake VVT;emission performance was effected by exhaust VVT,NOxwas decreased by 26% with the exhaust VVT postponed.
