摘要
研究了上海地区斐豹蛱蝶的生物学特性及发生规律,结果表明:该虫1年发生3代,以蛹越冬,1龄-5龄幼虫头壳分别为0.46±0.05、0.76±0.07、1.14±0.11、1.52±0.12和2.16±0.09 mm;1龄-5龄幼虫历期分别为4.88±1.46、34.13±0.83、3.38±1.06、3.13±0.83和4.12±0.75 d。幼虫期总食叶量为6 032.68 mm2,雌雄成虫寿命分别为5.14±0.69d、3.82±0.83 d,。雌雄性比1∶1.23。在室外喷雾3 000倍2.5%高效氯氟氰菊脂、5 000倍20%除虫脲、3 000倍2.5%功夫菊脂和2 000倍1.8%阿维菌素7 d后校正死亡率分别为92.55%,90.98%,82.60%,80.85%。
The biological characteristics and occurrence of Argyreus hyperbius in Shanghai were investigated.The results showed that it occurred for 3 generations annually and overwintered as pupa. The head capsule width of the larva at the 1st to 5th instar stages was 0. 46 ± 0. 05,0. 76 ± 0. 07,1. 14 ± 0. 11,1. 52 ± 0. 12 and 2. 16 ± 0. 09 mm,respectively. The corresponding development period of the larva was 4. 88 ± 1. 46,34. 13 ± 0. 83,3. 38 ± 1. 06,3. 13 ± 0. 83 and 4. 12 ± 0. 75 d,respectively. The total amount of leaves eaten by a larva was 6 032. 68 mm2 in leaf area. The life span of female and male adults were 5. 14 ± 0. 69 d and3. 82 ± 0. 83 d respectively. The sex ratio of female to male was 1∶ 1. 23. The field tests showed that the corrected mortality of the larvae was 92. 55%,90. 98%,82. 60% and 80. 85% at 7 days after spraying 3 000-fold dilution of 2. 5% Lambda-cyhalothrin,5 000-fold dilution of 20% Diflubenzuron,3 000-fold dilution of 2. 5% Bcnzoy lphenyl,and 2 000-fold dilution of 1. 8% Abamectin.
