摘要 本研究以黔南布依族苗族自治州地区幼儿教师为调查样本,从专业理念与师德、专业知识、专业能力三个维度出发进行了问卷调查和实地访谈,研究了该民族地区幼儿教师专业发展的基本现状和诸多现实问题,旨在探索一条适合民族地区幼儿教师专业发展的途径,以尽快适应素质教育对幼儿教师在教师专业发展方面所提出的更高要求。 This research takes Kindergartens Teachers in Qiannan Bouyei and Miao Autonomous Prefecture as survey sample. Through the questionnaire and interview in terms of the teachers' professional ideas and morality,professional knowledge and professional competence,this paper makes an investigation of the current situation and problems of Kindergartens Teachers' professional development in minorities regions,in order to explore a suitable way to prepare kindergarten teachers' professional development in minorities regions for adapting to higher requirements made by quality education in kindergarten teachers' professional development as soon as possible.
