摘要
HJ 2024—2012完全混合式厌氧反应池废水处理工程技术规范中一些问题值得商榷、探讨,无污泥回流的完全混合式厌氧反应池废水处理工艺在实际工程当中很难实现;完全混合式厌氧反应池容积应统一采用CODCr进行计算;在以污泥脱水作为固液分离手段时,应以污泥含水率和回流污泥量(质量)控制污泥回流量;沉淀池表面积应以实际进水量来计算;应该明确不同温度下厌氧反应的最佳适用条件。
Some issues are debatable in HJ 2024—2012 Technical Specifications for Completely Mixed Anaerobic Reaction Tank in Wastewater Treatment. The wastewater treatment technology of completely mixed anaerobic reaction tank with no sludge return is difficult to achieve in practice. Volume of completely mixed anaerobic reaction tank should be calculated by CODCr. The volume of sludge return should be controlled by moisture content of the sludge and weight of the return sludge when sludge dewatering is adopted for solid-liquid separation. The surface area of sedimentation pond should be calculated according to real amount of water in-flow. The best suitable conditions for anaerobic reaction under different temperatures should be specified.
