摘要
目的探讨慢性乙型肝炎患者血清HBe Ag与HBV-DNA、ADA及ALT浓度的相关性。方法用时间分辨荧光技术定量检测104例慢性乙型肝炎患者HBV血清标志物,用荧光定量聚合酶链反应法检测血清HBV-DNA含量,同时检测ALT、ADA的浓度。结果 HBV-DNA载量在"HBs Ag+HBe Ag+HBc Ab"和"HBs Ag+HBe Ab+HBc Ab"两种HBe Ag相关血清标志物模式中的分布不同(p<0.01)。在"HBs Ag+HBe Ag+HBc Ab"组,HBV-DNA的水平及ADA、ALT的浓度显著高于"HBs Ag+HBe Ab+HBc Ab"组(p<0.01)。"HBs Ag+HBe Ag+HBc Ab"组,HBe Ag含量与HBV-DNA载量的对数值低度相关(rs=0.3,p<0.05),与ADA、ALT浓度不相关(rs均小于0.1,p>0.05)。在"HBs Ag+HBe Ab+HBc Ab"组中,HBe Ag含量与HBV-DNA载量的对数值、ADA、ALT浓度不相关(rs均小于0.1,p>0.05)。结论在"HBs Ag+HBe Ag+HBc Ab"组,HBV-DNA的水平及ADA、ALT的浓度显著高于"HBs Ag+HBe Ab+HBc Ab"组,但两种e抗原相关血清标志物模式中HBe Ag含量与HBV-DNA载量、ADA、ALT浓度相关性低。
Objective To investigate the relationship of concentrations of HBe Ag with HBV-DNA, ALT and ADA in sera of patients with Chronic Hepatitis B. Methods On 104 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients, HBV serum markers were determined by time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay. The concentrations of HBV-DNA were determined by fluorescence quantitative PCR. And the concentrations of ALT, ADA were determined simultaneously. Results The difference of HBV-DNA distribution in ‘HBs Ag+HBe Ag+HBc Ab'group and‘HBs Ag+HBe Ab+HBc Ab'group is significant(p<0.01)in patients with Chronic Hepatitis B. HBV-DNA, ALT and ADA levels in ‘HBs Ag+HBe Ag+HBc Ab' group were significantly higher than those in‘HBs Ag+HBe Ab+HBc Ab'group(p<0.01).In 'HBs Ag+HBe Ag+HBc Ab'group HBe Ag levels were low correlated HBV-DNA levels(log copies)(rs<0.4,p<0.01)and not correlated ALT and ADA levels(p>0.05).In'HBs Ag+HBe Ab+HBc Ab'group HBe Ag levels were not correlated HBV-DNA(log copies), ALT and ADA levels(p>0.05). Conclusion HBV-DNA, ALT and ADA levels in ‘HBs Ag+HBe Ag+HBc Ab'group were significantly higher than those in ‘HBs Ag+HBe Ab+HBc Ab'group. HBe Ag levels were very low correlated HBV-DNA, ALT and ADA levels in two HBe Ag-related sera modes in patients with Chronic Hepatitis B.
