摘要
采用化学法制备掺杂微量添加剂的AgSnO2(16)触头材料,使用模拟试验装置在30 A交流阻性负载下进行模拟电寿命试验、温升试验、耐电弧侵蚀试验和熔焊力试验,考察了高氧化物含量对AgSnO2触头材料电性能的影响。结果表明:AgSnO2(16)触头材料不但具有良好的加工性能,而且还具有较好的抗熔焊性能和耐电弧侵蚀性能。
AgSnO2(16) contact material with additive was prepared by chemical processing. Acomparative study of temperature rising test, simulation electrical life test, arc erosion resistancetest and welding force test of AgSnO2(16) contact and AgSnO2(12) contact under 30 A acimpedance load is reported. The effects of content oxide in AgSnO2 electrical contact materials areinvestigated. The results show that the AgSnO2(16) contact materials not only has good processingperformance, but also has good fusion welding resistance and arc erosion resistance.
