摘要
超声无损探测方法是检测低压电器电触头焊接质量的常见方法。本文通过分析超声波无损检测的原理,论述了超声无损检测扫描图像以及钎着率与电触头焊接质量之间的对应关系,并指出了超声波无损检测的局限性。
Ultrasonic nondestructive testing is a common method of detecting low-voltage electricalcontact welding quality. Through the analysis of the principle of ultrasonic nondestructive testing,the paper further defines the corresponding relationship between the scanning image of ultrasonicnondestructive testing and the brazed rate and the electric contact’s welding quality, meanwhile,puts forward the limitations of the ultrasonic nondestructive testing.
