摘要
临床药师通过参与1例晚期肝癌合并2型糖尿病患者的营养支持治疗。对患者住院期间营养支持和血糖控制方案均提出了合理建议,并对其家庭营养支持方案予以药学监护。
The clinical pharmacist played a role in nutritional support for a patient with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma and type 2 diabetes. The professional proposals of nutritional support and glycemic control were provided to the patient during hospitalization. In addition, pharmaceutical cares of the family nutrition support were also given to the patient.
