淋巴结核患者外周血CD4^+CD25^(high)FoxP3^+调节性T淋巴细胞以及血浆IFN-γ和IL-10水平及其临床意义 被引量:14

摘要 目的研究淋巴结核患者外周血CD4+CD25highFoxP3+调节性T淋巴细胞(Treg)和干扰素γ(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素10(IL-10)水平的变化及临床意义。方法采用流式细胞仪对100例淋巴结核患者及30名正常人外周血CD4+CD25highFoxP3+Treg和IFN-γ、IL-10水平进行检测。结果淋巴结核患者组与正常对照组比较,外周血CD4+CD25highFoxP3+Treg和IL-10水平均升高(P<0.05),而IFN-γ水平则降低(P<0.05)。在干酪样型、增殖型和混合型3种类型的淋巴结核病之间各指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论淋巴结核患者细胞免疫功能明显异常。CD4+CD25highFoxP3+Treg和IFN-γ、IL-10在淋巴结核的发病过程中发挥了重要作用。 Objective To study the changes of peripheral blood CD4+CD25highFoxP3+regulatory T lymphocytes(Treg) and interferon gamma(IFN-γ),interleukin 10(IL-10) levels of patients with lymph tuberculosis and their clinical significance. Methods The levels of peripheral blood CD4+CD25highFoxP3+Treg,IFN- γ and IL-10 of 100 lymph tuberculosis patients and 30 healthy subjects were determined by flow cytometry. Results Compared with the healthy controls,the levels of peripheral blood CD4+CD25highFoxP3+Treg and IL-10 levels in lymph tuberculosis group increased with statistical significance(P < 0. 05),while IFN-γ level decreased(P < 0. 05). Among the caseous,proliferation and mixed types of lymph tuberculosis,there was no significant difference(P > 0. 05). Conclusions Cellular immune function is significantly abnormal in patients with lymph tuberculosis. CD4+CD25highFoxP3+Treg,IFN- γ and IL-10 play important roles in the onset process of lymph tuberculosis.
