对二代支付系统集中代收付业务定位与发展的思考——以陕西省为例

The Reflection on the Positioning and Development of CNAPS Ⅱ Centralized Receive and Payment Business——A Case of Shaanxi province

本文结合人民银行二代支付系统的业务功能特点,通过分析当前陕西省集中代收付业务发展过程中存在的问题,对在新的系统运行环境下,如何进一步促进集中代收付业务发展提出了几点建议。

Combined with the characteristics of CNAPS II of PBC, the paper analyzes the problems of the development of central-ized receive and payment business(CRPB) in Shaanxi province and gives some suggestions on how to develop CRPB in the new envi-ronment of payment system operation.
