基于现金循环理论视角下的陕西省小面额人民币运行分析

The Analysis on the Small Denomination RMB Circulation under the Perspective of Cash Cycle Theory in Shaanxi Province

小面额人民币价值低,在流通流域超期服役,整洁度始终在低位徘徊,是长期制约现金服务质量的瓶颈。本文以现金四循环理论为分析视角,针对陕西省小面额人民币运行情况,逐一分析了陕西省小面额人民币循环特征,指出了管理中的薄弱环节,进而提出了提升陕西省小面额人民币流通服务管理水平的对策。

The value of small denomination RMB is low, the circulation period is more than the stipulated period, and its cleanli-ness is also at a low level, which is the bottleneck that restricts the cash service quality for a long time. As the point of view of cash cy-cle theory, the paper analyzes the characteristics of small denomination RMB circulation aiming at the situation of small denomination RMB operation, points out the weak links in the management, and puts forwards some corresponding countermeasures for promoting the service management level of small denomination RMB circulation in Shaanxi province.
