摘要 对某型卡车车架和动力总成系统进行动力学求解,分别得到了动力总成系统在车架为固定刚体和运动刚体两种条件下的模态频率,同时对卡车进行模态测试分析,并与两种情况的理论计算结果进行对比分析,发现考虑车架为运动刚体计算得到的模态频率更接近试验值。为悬置系统的准确优化设计提供了参考。 The dynamic model of a powertrain system of a type of truck frames was solved, and the modal frequenciesof the powertrain system were obtained in the two cases of the fixed and moving rigid frames respectively. Meanwhile, modaltesting of the truck was done. Results of computation for the two cases were compared with the testing data respectively. Itwas found that the modal frequencies for the moving rigid frame are closer to the testing data than those of the other case.
