摘要 研究了等温淬火温度与保温时间对等温淬火球铁组织和耐磨性能的影响,探讨了ADI的磨损机制。结果表明,当保温时间为1.5 h、淬火温度为300℃时,基体组织为针状下贝氏体和少量残余奥氏体,随着等温淬火温度的升高,贝氏体组织逐渐粗化,淬火温度升高到400℃时,基体组织主要为羽毛状的上贝氏体和残余奥氏体。淬火温度为300℃时,ADI耐磨性能最佳,ADI的磨损机制主要为氧化剥落磨损及较少的疲劳磨损和粘着磨损,而淬火温度升高时,磨损机制中的疲劳磨损和粘着磨损逐渐占主导,氧化剥落磨损随之减少。 The influence of iso-thermally quenching temperature and holding time on structure and wear-resistant property of iso-thermally quenched ductile iron was investigated. The results showed that,when holding time was of 1.5 h and the quenching temperature was of 300℃, the matrix structure was acicular lower bainite plus a little residual austenite;with increase of the iso- quenching temperature,the bainite structure became gradually coarser;when quenching temperature reached 400℃ ,the matrix structure consisted mainly of feathery upper bainite and residual austenite. When iso-thermally quenching temperature was of 300 ℃,the wear-resistant property of ADI was the best. The wear mechanism of ADI was mainly the oxidative exfoliation wear and relatively less fatigue wear and adhesive wear, and when the quenching temperature increased, the fatigue wear and adhesive wear in the wear mechanism gradually became leading part, and therewith the oxidative exfoliation wear reduced relatively.
