不同方法测定人血清、全血乙醇浓度的结果分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究不同测定方法、人不同标本类型血清、全血乙醇浓度的结果分析。方法:收集进行人血液乙醇浓度司法鉴定的样本共60例,每例用EDTA真空采血管和普通干燥真空采血管采集标本各2份。用顶空气相色谱法和生化酶法检测不同样本类型血中乙醇的含量。采用SPSS 20.0统计软件进行处理,采用配对样本t检验比较不同方法测量乙醇浓度的差异以及不同标本类型乙醇浓度的差异,以P<0.05为有统计学意义。结果:1全血中乙醇含量与血清乙醇含量用顶空自动进样气相色谱法检测结果比较,差异有统计学意义(t=12.62,P<0.01);2血清乙醇含量用顶空气相色谱法检测结果和用贝克曼生化仪酶法检测结果比较差异有统计学意义(t=3.34,P<0.01)。结论:气相色谱法检测全血、血清中乙醇浓度比较差异有统计学意义;气相色谱法检测血清乙醇浓度和生化仪酶法检测血清中乙醇浓度差异有统计学意义。为保证测定结果的准确性,评价不同测定方法以及不同标本类型对乙醇检测结果的影响很有必要。 Objective: To study and analyze of ethanol concentration results in serum and whole blood of different human specimen types using different testing methods. Methods: Sixty cases of specimens used for judicial authentication of blood ethanol concentration were collected. From each case,2 samples were collected: one was collected by EDTA vacuum method and the other was collected by ordinary dry vacuum method. The ethanol concentrations of different blood specimens were detected by headspace gas chromatography and biochemical enzymatic methods. SPSS20. 0 statistical software was used for processing and t test of the paired samples were used to compare ethanol concentration differences determined by different methods and from different specimen types,with P < 0.05 for statistical significance. Results: 1Using headspace gas chromatography method,the ethanol concentration difference between in whole blood and serum was statistically significant( t = 12. 62,P < 0. 01). 2The difference of ethanol concentration tested using headspace gas chromatography method and Beckman biochemical enzymatic method was statistically significant( t = 3. 34,P < 0. 01). Conclusions: There is a statistically significant difference of ethanol concentrations in whole blood and serum using gas chromatography method,and there also is the statistically significant difference of ethanol concentrations tested by gas chromatography and biochemical enzymatic method. In order to guarantee the accuracy of the results,it is necessary to evaluate the influence of different testing methods and specimen types on the testing results of ethanol concentration.
