摘要
舌癌是口腔癌中发病率最高的恶性肿瘤,其颈淋巴结转移直接影响患者的生存及治疗。利用血管内皮生长因子-C的生物学作用,建立具有高淋巴结转移潜能的舌癌动物模型,提高淋巴结转移率,对推动舌癌发病机制和防治措施的研究具有重要意义。作者对血管内皮生长因子-C作用下兔舌癌高淋巴结转移动物模型建立的原理及方法作一综述。
Tongue cancer is the highest incidence of malignant tumors of oral cancer , and its high lgmph node has metastasis direct impact on the survival and treatment of patients .The use of the biological role of vascular endothelial growth factor ( VEGF-C ) by establishing animal models tongue cancer with high potential lymph node metastasis , to increase lymph node metastasis rate .It is important to understand the pathogenesis and control of tongue cancer .Principles and methods on VEGF-C induced rabits tongue cancer in animal models on the mechanism of high lymph node me -tastasis were reviewed .
