艾司西酞普兰治疗老年期抑郁症临床研究

摘要 观察艾司西酞普兰治疗老年抑郁症时的疗效以及安全性。方法:采用了随机、开放、对照研究的方法,本研究共纳入了40例患抑郁症的老年患者。艾司西酞普兰非固定剂量治疗6周,用汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分(HRSD)评定疗效。结果:艾司西酞普兰平均剂量(10.5±10.1)mg/d,有效率为70.0%(28/40),临床痊愈率为47.5%(19/40),起效时间一般在2-4周,不良反应少且程度轻,常见不良反应是恶心。结论:艾司西酞普兰治疗老年期抑郁症安全有效。
