Curriculum Understanding and Reform on the Course of Ideological and Moral Cultivation of Serivicemen and Legal Basis

《军人思想道德修养与法律基础》是军队院校一门政治理论必修课，对培养和树立学员正确的人生信仰、牢固树立当代革命军人核心价值观、铸牢军魂意识具有重要作用。针对目前该课程在内容设置、教学方式方法、考核手段及教员队伍建设等方面存在的主要问题，应当结合时代特征和学员特点，调整授课内容、改进教学方法和考核方式，加强教员队伍建设，全面提高课程建设水平。

The Course of Serviceman＇s Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis, which is a compulsory course in military academies, plays a very important role in training the cadets to es- tablish the correct life faith, firmly setting up the core values of contemporary revolutionary ser- viceman and the consciousness of soul of military. Based on the main problems of the course con- tent, teaching methods and evaluation means and teacher improvment,this paper, combined with the characteristics of the age and that of the cadets, puts forward the ideal of adjusting teaching content, improving the teaching and assessment methods, and strengthening the construction of teaching staff so as to improve the overall course level.
