Four Relations for CAPF in Commanding and Decision-making when Carrying out Tasks

武警指挥决策，是武警指挥员的重要职能，是武警指挥活动的核心内容。随着武警部队职能使命任务的不断拓展，指挥决策的系统性、时效性、科学性要求越来越高，指挥员必须正确处理民主决策与“主官”决策、计划决策与应急决策、“人谋”决策与“机谋”决策、决策质量与决策效率的关系，以求在复杂多变的信息化环境中实现能动、快速、高效、科学的决策。

CAPF command and decision-making is one of the important responsibilities of the CAPF commanders and the core content of the CAPF command activities. With the develop- ment of CAPF function and mission, CAPF command and decision-making requires higher demands systematically,timely and scientifically. CAPF commanders must deal with the rela- tions between democratic and ＂commander ＂decision-making, planning and emergency deci- sion-making,＂people＂and＂artificial＂decision-making, and the quality and the efficiency of de- cision-making. Only in this way can we realize the dynamic,rapid,efficient and scientific deci- sion-making in the information age.
