A Preliminary Analysis of Intelligence Sharing in Anti-terrorism Operations

在反恐行动中，情报工作首当其冲，一定程度上决定着整个反恐行动的成败。面对反恐情报不足的问题，一方面我们要拓展情报搜集渠道，另一方面也要加强各机构间的情报共享。要将国家利益放在首位，深入推进制度改革，建立体系完善的情报共享机制。

In anti-terrorism operations, intelligence is of utmost importance which, to some extent, determines the results. In order to solve the scarcity of anti-terrorism intelligence, on the one hand, channels for collecting intelligence should be widened; on the other hand, intelligence sharing among departments should be strengthened. Intelligence will give top priority to the interests of the state, farther advancing the intelligence system reform, and build system of perfect information sharing mechanism.
