摘要
主要介绍电梯失速状况及解决方案。首先分析失速的危害及几种可能原因.针对这几种原因给出一些解决方案.在解决方案中提出电气系统的优化设计:增加智能安全控制模块,改良电梯现有制动器件——安全钳。通过控制模块之间信息数据的交流.一旦发现两者不一致则采取紧急制动保护措施,从而打破电梯的安全完全依赖主控的不利局面.大大提高电梯的安全系数。
This paper mainly introduces the elevator stall conditions and solutions. First analyzes the hazards and several reasons of stall. Then gives some solutions which put forward the optimization design of electrical system: increase the intelligent security control module and improve the existing car braking devices which is the safety gear of elevator. Through the information exchange between these control modules, once inconsistency is found, then take emergency braking protection measures. Thus it will break the unfavorable situation of elevator safety depends entirely on the main control. This will greatly improve the safety coefficient of elevator.
