住宅电梯交通配置方法设计

RESIDENTIAL ELEVATOR TRAFFIC CONFIGURATION DESIGN

高层住宅的发展使得住宅电梯配置越来越受重视，合理的配置可提高住宅楼经济效益．增强居住舒适度。针对住宅楼电梯交通特点．将一天交通流分为上高峰、下高峰和常规交通三种典型时段。通过对三种典型时段的电梯交通特性分析．对住宅楼进行电梯配置规划设计．同时运用VB设计界面．进行仿真研究。

With the development of high-rise residential buildings, residential elevator configuration is being got more and more attention. Reasonable configuration can improve the economic efficiency and the living comfort level of residential buildings. According to the residential elevator traffic characteristics, the traffic flow in one day is devided into three typical periods： up peak, down peak and random conventional period. Based on the analysis of the elevator traffic characteristics during the three typical periods, residential elevator configuration is planned and designed. Besides, this paper designs the interlaces using VB and the research is conducted by simulation.
