综合治疗小儿脑瘫粗大运动障碍的疗效观察

Effect Observe of Child Cerebral Palsy Gross Movement Disorders Treated with Comprehensive Therapy

目的：观察运用推拿为主结合针灸与康复综合治疗脑瘫患儿运动障碍的干预效果。方法：脑瘫患儿70例随机分为治疗组（推拿为主结合针灸、康复）和对照组（康复）各35例，于治疗前和治疗30次后，进行粗大运动功能评分（GMFM）评估及临床疗效评价。结果：两组治疗前后粗大运动功能的疗效比较均有明显改善，两组间有显著性差异（P〈O．05）；0～3岁组与3-7岁组：两组治疗前后粗大运动功能均有明显改善，两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：综合治疗能改善脑瘫患儿的肢体运动功能障碍，提高粗大运动能力。

Objectives：To observe the clinical effect on movement disorders in pediatric cerebral palsy treated with tuina combined with acupuncture and rehabilitation therapies. Method ：There Were 70 cases of pediatric cerebral palsy,randomly divided into treatment group（treated with tuina and other rehabilitation therapies） and control group （treated with rehabilitation therapies）,with 35 cases in each group. The gross motor function measure（GMFM） was administrated to evaluate the clinical effect. Results：Both of the two therapies could improve the condition in two groups. There was significant difference（P〈0.05） between the treatment group and the control group in terms of therapeutic effect on gross motor function. Also there was significant difference between the 0-3 years group and the 3-7 years group in term of effect on gross motor function（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Comprehensive therapy（tuina combined with acupuncture and rehabilitation） eould improve movement of limb in children with cerebral palsy ,especially the gross motor function.
